Yellow cake with two layers of vanilla mousse & strawberries, iced with white buttercream, sliced almonds on the side & topped with an assortment of fresh fruits.

Chocolate Mousse Cake
Chocolate cake with two layers of chocolate mousse, covered with dark chocolate ruffles

Black Forest Cake
Chocolate cake with layer of chocolate mousse & a layer of whipped cream with dark sweet cherried, iced with chocolate buttercream & covered with chocolate shavings. Topped with whipped cream rosettes & cherries with stems.

Four Flavor Cake
Chocolate cake with four different flavored cake layers (vanilla mousse, mocha mousse, chocolate mousse, and praline mousse.) Iced with white buttercream & chocolate sprinkles on the side.

Raspberry Cake
White cake with two layers of vanilla mousse & raspberries, covered w/shaved white chocolate or white chocolate ruffles.

Mocha Cake
White cake with two layers of mocha & iced with mocha buttercream and sliced almonds on the side of the cake.

Sacher Cake
Chocolate cake with three layers of ganache & raspberry jam, iced with ganache and chocolate sprinkles on the side of the cake.

White Chocolate Mousse Cake
White cake with two layers of white chocolate mousse & covered with white chocolate ruffles.

Raspberry Supreme
Chocolate cake filled with rich chocolate mousse & raspberries  and iced w/chocolate ganache and chocolate sprinkles on the sides.  Only Medium & Large sizes available.

Carrot Cake
Old fashioned carrot cake with two layers of cream cheese filling with angel hair coconut on the side of the cake. Decorated with cream cheese carrots on top.

German Chocolate Cake
Chocolate cake with a layer of coconut pecan filling & chocolate mousse iced with chocolate buttercream & coconut pecan filling on top & chopped pecans on the side of cake.

Strawberry Black Forest
Chocolate cake with a layer of chocolate mousse & a layer of  whipped cream & strawberries iced with chocolate buttercream, covered with dark chocolate shavings. Topped with whipped cream rosettes & fresh strawberries.

Raspberry/Lemon Cake
White cake with a layer of lemon filling and a layer of vanilla mousse with raspberries iced with white butter cream.
